Our Courts / Poor vs Rich

Not long ago in Greenville, S.C. A Millionaire was to be Sentenced for driving his Maserati Sports Car though a Mans House and Killing him. The Millionaire was driving nearly 100 MPH in a 35 mile per hour speed zone. His car Cleared the back fence without touching it and plowed into the House. The Maserati went Completely though the House. The Victim, 61 yoa, was in his chair watching a Basketball game on his TV. He was Killed instantly by the Millionaires car.

This Millionaire got no Prison Time ??!! He kills a person and was Charged with Reckless Homocide. And gets no Time ?? The Judge, James C. Williams Jr., who is known for giving out Harsh sentences, lets the Millionaire Walk ??!! The Citizens of Up State, SC are outraged. And want heads to roll. But, I fear nothing will be done to correct the Injustice.

I wonder if this had been a regular Joe would he have gotten the same Sentence ?!
I seriously doubt it. How about you ?? The Millionaire has countless Speeding Tickets, 19 in 17 years, showing a History of not caring about our Laws made to keep us safe. And he gets no Time ??

This kind of thing happens everyday in our Courts throughout the United States.
The Poor go to Prison and the Rich walk !? It's Shameful.

This same Judge, James C. Williams Jr., sentenced a friend of mine to 9 years in Prison. My friend killed no one. Nor Injured anyone. And had no prior record.
Or any speeding Tickets. This same Judge puts a First Time Offender in Prison for years ?! 9 Years. What an injustice. My friend was wrong for what he did, but he killed nor injuried no one. The Millionairs Victim is 6 Feet under. Not my friends.

Get this, The Judge was brought out of Retirement to Sentence this Millionaire ?!
( John Ludwig ) And he gets NO Prison time ?? With a clear disrecard for our Highway Laws. 19 Tickets for Spending !! And this Judge lets him walk ??!!

This same Judge gives my Friend 9 Years and took him from his kids. My Friends Ex-Mother-in-Law and Ex-Wife stood beside him at his Sentencing. They were their because my friend had never before done anything like this. The Judge, The Great James C. Williams Jr., did not care about these character witnesses or that he had No prior Criminal History. What a Judge...........

Millionaires walk all to often. They buy their way out of trouble. The Poor or lower middle class do their time. And at times way to much time for Political reasons.

Church and State / Schools and Prayers

When we took GOD out of the Schools is when the Shootings
began. I can remember as a young Boy we Prayed and sang in School.

When we replaced God in our schools with Rap Music and Metal
detectors . We had it coming.

Our School Officials and the ACLU have turned our Schools
into Shooting galleries and Gang hang outs. You turn your back on God,
God will turn his back on you.

Put God back in our Schools and have a morning prayer.
As we did when I was young everyday. And their were no Shootings
period. AMEN

Judges / Prosecutors

Judges and Prosecutors play with peoples lives everyday. Sometime they get it right.
But, most of the time Prosecutors drop Cases more than 40% of the time. And Judges it seems get it wrong a lot of times. Like Judges give very light sentences to people who Molest children ??
Or they give a light sentence to someone with a long rap sheet ??
Then turn around and give people with no Criminal History a long Sentence.
Its all a game to them. Peoples lives.

Wait til God Judges them. Then they will see the real Judge !!

Some Judges and Prosecutors do try to get it right. But the bad ones make them
all look guilty.

When you see someone running for District Attorney or Head Solicitor and they claim to have cleared a back log of cases, they cleared them alright. What they actually did was drop a bunch of cases to make themselves look good.

Police officers, Sheriff Deputies and Highway Patrol Men work hard to keep our Cities and Towns safe. And Highways too. But Prosecutors all to often drop cases that get back logged. Then say they've cleared alot of cases ?!

And the Judges that let the rich get away with anything are taking bribes. They do it all across the Country. The Poor to lower Middle Class get Prison time because they can't pay for a decent Lawyer. But, the Rich walk away with no time to serve in Prison. Remember O.J.

Their time will come. The crooked Lawyers and Judges will pay a high price for selling their soules to the Devil himself.

FBI / Army / CID

The FBI should have let the Army know that the

Murderer, Major Hasan, was talking to Al-quada.

Here again the FBI fails us all.

Major Hasan should have been in the Brigg. And an

investigation going on.

His co-workers could have told how he gave anti-American

sermons. And how he said Muslims should rise up against

Americans, the invaders. The Army itself should have done

something also. With all his hate speeches and what not.

And the Army and / or FBI should have told the Armys CID

Division about this nut job.

Maybe one day our Government will get it right and save lives.
